Pruning done to ISA standards: deadwood removal, structural correction, clearance from roofs and lines, and canopy thinning where it genuinely helps. Topping is not pruning — it damages the tree permanently and creates weak regrowth, and we won't do it. If someone offers to top your tree, that tells you what you need to know about them.
