A lead is a stranger's phone number. A shop is an asset.
Buying leads
- You pay for the contact, not the job. No work, same bill.
- The same lead is sold to three or four of your competitors.
- You compete on who dials fastest and who cuts price hardest.
- Spend more, get more leads. Stop spending, get nothing. You never own anything.
- Your reviews and reputation live on someone else's directory.
Selling on Loclis
- You pay 10% of a sale, after the customer has paid you.
- The customer books you specifically, at your price, from your shop page.
- You compete on the work, your reviews and your credentials, not on your ad budget.
- Every job builds a shop, a review history and a customer list that stay yours.
- Subscriptions turn a one-time job into revenue that arrives every month.
Three ways the same customer pays you twice
Subscriptions
Put a plan on any service and a customer can subscribe instead of rebooking. Weekly mow, quarterly HVAC check, twice-a-year gutter clean. The job repeats, the invoice repeats, and you can see the monthly total in your dashboard.
Loclis HomeCare
Loclis sells the membership and members build a maintenance plan out of modules. You opt into the modules you want, set your capacity, and get assigned visits. Free to join, and you set the payout you will accept per visit.
How HomeCare worksReferrals
Send a customer to anything on Loclis, including work you do not do yourself. When they buy, you earn 7% of the order as credit, and that credit pays your seller fee.

$3
Refer one $100 customer and the 10% fee on your own $100 job drops to $3. Credit only offsets the seller fee. It never becomes a cash payment, and it never makes Loclis owe you money.
Where Loclis is live: the New River Valley
12 cities and towns, 15 active businesses, 53 services people can book today. Here is what is already covered, and where a new shop has room.
Before you sign up
- When do I get paid?
- Funds are released 2 days after you mark a job complete, then paid out to your connected account. Every payout on Loclis lists the orders inside it.
- What about my license and insurance?
- Upload them during setup. They are stored as provider-reported until a person at Loclis checks them. No verified badge appears on your shop until that check is done.
- Can I pay to rank higher?
- No. Ranking comes from a published method built on completed jobs, verified reviews, response time and service-area fit. There is no ad slot to buy.
- Do I have to use Loclis for every job?
- No. Keep the customers you already have. Loclis charges nothing on work booked outside the platform.
- What does the customer pay?
- Your price plus a 5% platform fee on their side. Your price is your price — Loclis does not discount it for you.
- How long does setup take?
- About fifteen minutes for a shop and your first service. You can stop partway and come back.
Build the shop. Keep the customers. Pay when you get paid.
