A full seasonal service on one system. We check refrigerant charge, clean the coil, test capacitors and contactors under load, verify temperature split, inspect the heat exchanger, test safety controls and replace a standard filter. You get a written report with photos and honest numbers — including the ones that say your system is fine and doesn't need anything.
Spring visits focus on cooling performance, fall on heating and combustion safety.
Only customers who paid for this service through Loclis and had the order completed can leave one.
